TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using VenusFortress (mobile app or web dashboard), you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Overview

VenusFortress provides:

• Device protection and remote control tools (lock, wipe, alarm)
• Real-time GPS tracking and geofencing
• Uninstall prevention using Device Admin
• Remote media capture (photo, audio, video)
• Charging violation detection and alerts
• Subscription-based access to premium features
• Admin dashboard for command management and monitoring

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the app only on devices they legally own or are authorized to control
• Comply with local laws in their jurisdiction

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details and maintain updated information
• Keep login credentials secure and not share accounts
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass app features

5. Device Administrator & Permissions

VenusFortress may require:

• Device Administrator or Device Owner access to enforce protection features such as screen locking, wiping data, and uninstall prevention
• Overlay permission for persistent protection UI elements
• Background location access for real-time tracking and geofencing
• Camera and microphone access to support remote evidence capture

All permissions are explicitly requested with a clear explanation before activation. You must tap a consent button before any sensitive permission is requested.

5.1. User Consent & Sensitive Permissions

VenusFortress displays clear in-app disclosures before requesting any sensitive permissions, such as background location, camera, microphone, or Device Admin. You must provide explicit consent by tapping “Allow” or similar before the system dialog appears.

6. Remote Commands and Actions

By using VenusFortress, you authorize the app to execute remote commands triggered from the dashboard, including:

• Locking the screen
• Playing alarms
• Capturing media
• Wiping sensitive data

All remote actions are only executed if the app has valid permission and the user has opted in to the feature.

7. Uninstall Protection

Uninstall prevention is enabled using Device Admin APIs and persistent services. Users can disable this protection by revoking admin rights from system settings.

8. Biometric & App Lock Enforcement

The app may prompt for biometric authentication to access settings, prevent unauthorized uninstall, or re-validate user control after reboot.

9. Subscription & Billing

Premium features require an active subscription via Google Play. No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles. Access is automatically revoked if the subscription is canceled or expires.

10. Data Collection and Use

Data collected includes Device ID, GPS location, remote media, and usage logs. This data is used only for security features and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Media Capture Consent

When remotely triggered under a verified anti-theft scenario, VenusFortress may capture a selfie, audio, or video. This functionality is only available if explicitly enabled by the user in the app settings.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated if you misuse the service, violate laws, or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Security & Limitations

VenusFortress employs strong encryption and security best practices. We are not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or inability to recover stolen devices. Use the service at your own risk.

14. Third-Party Services

VenusFortress integrates with Google Play Billing, OpenStreetMap, and Email gateways. Such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including cybersecurity and data protection laws. Disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms. Any changes will be posted in-app and on the official website.
